HOW YOU TRAIN
You will be introduced to a weight lifting program where we break down your goals in weekly targets, as small victories will lead to big ones. Based on your fitness test the program will be fully tailored to your goals. We will prepare but it requires your consistent efforts and dedication.
HOW YOU EAT
We keep things simple and realistic. We monitor you intensively for one week to learn your habits and how your body respond We will provide you with a nutrition guide that easy to follow without too many restrictions.
HOW YOU REST AND RECOVER TO TRANSFORM YOUR BODY
Rest and recovery are a big part of your transformation. In order for your body to recover, we will teach you how to manage your sleep and stress levels.
